Tribal Members Victimized Once Again!



The Bouschor Defense motioned to exclude
Sault Tribe Members and Employees from
sitting on the Jury, and the 50th Circuit
Court Judge Charles Johnson allowed it?


Upon the conclusion of the 7+2 case, the Sault Tribe Members lose once more. This is just another disappointment of a series of setbacks that have drained the Tribal Members money over the past 30 years.

The Public Servants elected by the Members have failed once more!

Again Bouschor is able to escape a weak legal system from his crimes against his own people.

Over the years Bouschor’s actions have duplicated that of Former TYCO CEO Dennis Kozlowski to a certain extent. He certainly doesn’t lack in the arrogance department.

Years of spending someone else’s money for that of his own personal gain and that of others closely associated to him.

FEDS NEED TO STEP IN AND PROVIDE THE MEMBERS OF THE SAULT TRIBE PROTECTION FROM THESE WHITE COLLAR CRIMINALS!

The entire case was based on the Tribal Election of 2004. After the Lumsden trial of 2002 Payment and Lumsden went on a mailing rampage. Payments immature campaign likely is the cause of the loss of the infamous 7+2 case.

In the past and most recently Payment has displayed Racism, disrespecting Women, and disrespecting Elders. This has been his pattern for years to include his mouth writing checks his hind-end couldn’t cash.

KEEP PEOPLE LIKE AARON PAYMENT OUT OF TRIBAL AFFAIRS FOR GOOD!

Bouschor and Payment are playing games with the Elders entitlement for their personal gain. The recent email Payment sent out is another cry from him for a political position. Him and Bouschor use the Elders consistently during Election years. If you are an Elder, these political genuises will USE you.

The core families and their white friends will always benefit from our caSINo’s and money. Oh! I forgot, THEIR casinos and THEIR money.

Did you people forget the Detroit Free Press articles about Bernard Bouschor and how he abused our sovereignty?

The Board of Directors better vote to appeal this Court ruling! If not then they are just as guilty as Bouschor, when it comes to the Tribes best interest and silencing our voice on the important issues that matter to ALL people.

Bouschor and the rest of his thieves can all go to Hell, and probably will for their crimes against the people!

The Sault Tribe Board of Directors better vote to appeal the case, the battle is not over until all options are utilized in this case! To have Bernard Bouschor a non-native and an all white jury decide a Tribal issue is just totally wrong. Keep an eye on how your Unit Directors vote on this issue.
