Tribal Teflon
Will The FBI Do Their Job?
Or

$10,000 a month to Teflon Fred and the BOD changed the rules for healthcare for tribal spouses, scores of layoffs, depleted the Elders Fund, charging tribal members $110 a year to practice their inherent right to hunt, fish and gather, etc. etc..
The BOD also refuses to address any cut backs in the Key Employee department and many of the Key Employees have been through two administrations and are party to the financial problems we have.
Besides Bernard Bouschor and Aaron Payment, Teflon Fred is the most corrupt tribal leader we have ever had. Bouschor and family has and continues to financially fleeced the tribe. Payment went on a childish spending spree and depleted what little Bouschor left behind. The best performer of all is Teflon Fast Freddie who continues to fleece the tribe to the tune of $10,000 a month and the renowned investigative agency in the world, the Federal Bureau of Investigation, cannot make anything stick.
My suspicion of the FBI not being able to catch a cold is becoming ever so clear. On several occasions years ago the FBI ran a fever when they imposed their arrogant beliefs on individuals they felt were indignant.
Wounded Knee, Ruby Ridge, Evergreen Shores!!!!!! We all know about the first two but not Evergreen Shores. Yes, the Big Shots came to my home several times in all their glory. It was not long after Ruby Ridge!!
Bernard Bouschor fingered me as a threat to him and thus the first visit from the renowned FBI, Agent Alienate to be exact. They confiscated personal items of mine and paraded around like they were untouchable. Sometime later after some verbal exchanges my items were returned and nothing ever became of the investigation, not even an elevated temperature.
Again a few years later again the bacteria (FBI) showed up at my doorstep. This time they were investigating an anonymous threatening letter that was sent to me by Teflon Fred which I still have. Even though the letter was anonymous I knew it came from Fast Freddie. Illustrious Agent Jay Johnston, FBI came this time.
Because the FBI couldn't figure out Bernard Bouschor was perpetrating his own threats they now wanted to interrogate me in a manner that suggested I sent the threatening letter to myself. Johnston suggested a polygraph which I jumped on. Agent Johnston picked me up and we drove to Gaylord. After about an hour of secret conniving they finally came up with questions they wanted to ask me.
The polygraph test lasted about twenty minutes and again they huddled in another room. The snotty nosed trainee that tested me told me the test was inconclusive. Of course I knew this couldn't because I knew I told the truth.
On the trip home Agent Johnston tried the good guy bad guy approach thinking I would confide in him. After basically telling me I lied he thought wrong if he thought I would trust him, after all I wasted a day thinking these guys were capable. This all took place in 2001. Not until a court case in 2007 did the truth come out. Feast Freddie was in deed behind the threatening letter to me, it's all on record and in writing. Again the FBI failed to even elevate their temperature. It somehow leads me to believe the FBI is immune to competence especially now that Teflon Fred is again slipping of the hot seat.
I did all the FBI's leg work to prove Fast Freddie threatened me through the mail and the FBI fails to do anything about it.
