Would the State or Federal Government give out a 5 year contract in this case?
Nancie says she was paid out of state funds?
You may want to check with Gary McDowell or Mike Cox but I don't think they give school employee's this kind of a contract.
The question in the past was where was she getting paid from, the Tribe?, the State? or the BIA?
No one could seem to be able to answer this.
She always said she wasn't getting paid through the tribe, but we know they give out big contracts that can be broken and paid full at any time.
Now you have your answer - The State of Michigan.
