Developer trying to buy Greektown Casino Hotel, investor says


Crain's Detroit Business Thu, 29 Oct 2009 12:25 PM PDT Local developer Ted Gatzaros is attempting to purchase Greektown Casino Hotel by forming a coalition of unsecured investors who will likely lose money in the Chapter 11 bankruptcy process.


And If That's Not Enough:

Other developments in the area are still in the works, including renovation of the former 13th Precinct police building on Woodward and Hancock that's to become the Bohemia restaurant and banquet hall. Greektown entrepreneurs Ted and Nico Gatzaros are behind that project and hope to open next summer.
