I don't think they even know. You should not be afraid of speaking up. That is what Payment wants is to have everyone to keep quite. If you are not happy with something speak up that is how mountains are moved. Hey Payment! This is your first and last term. The people see what kind of an Ass you really are. See that isn’t that hard to say what’s on your mind.

It is not just Payment. Fred Paquin is a major problem in this mass chaos.

I think the vulgarity helps nothing. Many on the board do not serve the people and there are many living and speaking among us who will try to regain control. Those families that feel they are the center should be cast out since they have destroyed so much including the integrity of the tribe. Those that use the feather as as a cloak to give credence to their despicable acts should step out from behind and face their people and beg forgiveness before they fact the Creator. Those that proclaim to be the core families are trying to convince our people that they are the only deserving members of our tribe. Send them off. They have committed crimes against our people and we must not allow them to continue.

INCLUDING PAYMENT! Now Aaron you know it is unethical to be talking like that. You cannot convince anyone with your lies any longer.

That sounds more like Morello or Brown, but you could be right about Payment. Hell they all think alike. True Traditionals would not disrespect a Feather like they are doing.

Who enforces the violations to the election codes? Who determines the violations?

Who keeps the membership safe at the Board meetings? Why do we have to be exposed to drunk or high directors? What message is being sent to our People, expecially to our youth.

Did Morello and his buddy Walker compromise their right to practice law when Walker "fixed" the election codes? Who benefited who?

When the Judge in Traverse City was caught smoking pot at a U of M football game, he was disbarred and derobbed. Wouldn't Gravelle be disbarred as well?

Everyone is "chicken" to do anything!

Why is everyone chicken? Don't members know the difference between right and wrong? Cocaine use is illegal everywhere in the country.....what is the hold up?

That's right! And this country has zero tolerance for drug posession so if anything other than jail time comes out for this guilty plea today, we all be smellin a Rat or two!

They tried to fix the election code and force an honest election. Well guess who controls the election committee, even McKerchie...BOOSHour! Do you think McKelvie and DJ would have gotten in if the election were honest? Not in a million years!

The election code was fixed by Ernie Walker under the directions of Payment's General Counsel Steven Morello. Even though the election was fixed by the Payment Plan McKelvie and DJ flew through the election with no problem.

You are right...Walker and Morello tried to fix the election code to correct it. Of course in this tribe crooked and dishonest is the way to go. Wouldn't want an election code that is ethical...not in this tribe.

The only ones crying about the elections are Payment and his followers. Even though the elections are monitored very closely. They didn’t like the out come so they have to lie about it. If you think the elections are rigged then complain to the officials. Don't try to make us believe your lies because the people are just not buying it.

"You can fool some of the people some of the time but you can't fool all the people all of the time!" You are living in fantasy land if you think the elections aren't fixed!

You should come out of your fantasy world and prove that the election are fixed. Payment and his followers have a long history of saying things that they can never back up!

It took the Feds to come in to oversee the last Chairmans election and guess what happened...Bouschor finally voted out. There are multiple affidavits containing witness statements of election fraud. Unfortunately, several members of the board of directors want the evidence to remain hidden and would not allow Morello to get his hands on it. Now, Bouschor is suddenly receiving packets of confidential information on a pretty regular basis according to several employees at admin in the payroll, insurance dept and from Charle Mattson jr. Handed directly over to Bouschor. All the evidence gone.

The Feds didn't look over any of our Elections, and Charlie Matson is a snake like Payment and Boulley.

It has been filtering other places also, believe me. You have to remember that it was the people that pursued this in the first place. There are people working in the Admin that don't like Bouschor or Payment. Info coming out of Fast Freddies cop shop also. I know, I know some are saying it's just a bluff but they said the same thing about the BG Committee. Sometimes there are things stuffed in the handle of my door in the middle of the night.

Documents of pay roll for instance. Some low level employees making $80,000 a year. Having 80 hours on tuesday of the work week and the rest is overtime. Strange how this info ends up in my hands and not the BOD. It's there for the BOD but everybody is afraid of Fast Freddie. Seems even the cops that covered up the domestic abuse Fast Freddie inflicted on Wanda were scared too. Maybe that's why Wanda gets what she wants. She learned from a pro how to extort. Fast Freddie has tried to bully everyone including me but I'm not scared of him. He has sent the FBI and private investigators to watch and intimidate me. He has threatened law suits also, can't argue the truth in court if there is documentation. Mysterious fires at Fast Freddies home and employees at the ST. Ignace PD see pictures and documents in Fast Freddies locker the next day. Three incident reports that are suspicious enough for the State Poilice to ask Fast Freddie to take a polygraph on two different ocassions and he refused. Step on enough toes and people will turn on you.

You have accused my client Fred Paquin of a criminal act, to wit, of sexually assaulting one of his employees. Your conduct appears maliciously unrelenting. Mr. Paquin intends to sue you in the state court for Chippewa County unless you retract your false and libelous communication.



Demand for retraction is made pursuant to MCL 600.2911:

(b) Exemplary and punitive damages shall not be recovered in actions for libel unless the plaintiff, before instituting his or her action, gives notice to the defendant to publish a retraction and allows a reasonable time to do so, and proof of the publication or correction shall be admissible in evidence under a denial on the question of the good faith of the defendant, and in mitigation and reduction of exemplary or punitive damages. For libel based on a radio or television broadcast, the retraction shall be made in the same manner and at the same time of the day as the original libel; for libel based on a publication, the retraction shall be published in the same size type, in the same editions and as far as practicable, in substantially the same position as the original libel; and for other libel, the retraction shall be published or communicated in substantially the same manner as the original libel.



I have the name of each of those individuals who you communicated this false accusation and we expect you to send a definitive retraction to each. If any of these individuals forwarded your libel on, we expect a like retraction from them as well.

- Bay Mills Police were on routine patrol shortly after 11 p.m. Sunday when they observed a vehicle speeding and weaving along Lakeshore Drive. A subsequent traffic stop and a battery of failed sobriety tests resulted in the arrest of Alan R. Kamuda, 58, of Howell for operating while intoxicated. Kamuda was also charged with open intoxicants in a motor vehicle before being lodged in the Chippewa County Jail.

Aaron Payment is afraid to sign the AIP by himself. He is attempting to reel in other Board Members to take responsibility for him and Fred Paquin approving the AIP on there own. He distributed copies of the AIP to all Board Members under confidentiality. None of the Board Members were allowed to confide in the Membership. He broke the gag order and that should be a removable offense.

We need your help with the Ann Massey case. You are the only one with enough balls in the new administration to help us get rid of Fred Paquin. The public does not allow his type of behavior and neither should the Tribe. You need to come in defense of this woman who has been victimized by that animal. He has hidden behind his badge far to long. Any supporting documentation you need consider it done. It is imperative that we protect our people and you can make a difference.

Paquin is known as a womanizer and wife beater. There have been many complaints on him that were swept under the rug by Bouschor & Payment. His ex wife told a bunch of Construction workers in Manistique that Paquin beat the piss out of her.

The postings on the blog are currently being moderated. Some off the wall faction keeps posting vulgar and inappropriate posts that are non-factual. Sorry for any inconvience this may cause.

Is it true that Fred Paquin the Sault Tribe of Chippewa Indians Chief of Police and Tribal Board of Directors is being accused of sexual harassment? I have nothing but praise for the person or persons that are coming forward on this issue. Paquin you are nothing but a sick pig who has a problem with the word NO! Have you looked in a mirror lately? Your position or money means nothing to a decent woman!
